When Will My Order Be Processed?
We want to get your items to you as quickly as possible. Please double-check the model and color before you submit—orders cannot be modified once in our system.
Processing time: orders are processed within 2–5 business days and ship the next business day after processing.
All orders are handled and shipped from our China warehouse. During holidays and sale seasons, please allow extra time.
Tip: Use your residential address (not vacation/temporary addresses) to avoid delays.
Shipping Confirmation
A shipping confirmation email is sent as soon as your purchase ships. It includes a tracking number so you can follow your package. Shipping costs depend on package weight and destination. International customers are responsible for any customs duties and taxes.
Tracking
As the receiver, you’re responsible for tracking the order and providing any required information to customs or the courier. If a package is returned to sender or delivery fails because requirements weren’t met, we can’t provide free refunds or replacements. You may need to place a new order.
Delivery
Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which can delay delivery estimates.
Depending on your area, delivery may be handled by your local post office or a local courier. If you’re not home at delivery, your postal service may leave a notice with pickup instructions.
Taxes & Duties
Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged once the parcel arrives in the destination country. These are determined by local customs.
The recipient is responsible for paying any applicable charges. For details, contact your local customs office.
Customs & Regulations
Please check your local postal and customs regulations for restricted items. We are not liable for items refused by local authorities.
Foreign Transaction Fees
If your card is not in USD, your bank may apply its own exchange rate and a foreign transaction fee. These are set by your bank or card issuer.
Store prices may display in your local currency, but checkout is processed in USD via Stripe. For fee details, please contact your bank.
Cancellation / Changes
If you need to change or cancel, contact us immediately. We process and ship quickly—once our warehouse has processed an order, we’re unable to make changes.
Note: Orders that are packed or shipped can’t be canceled.
