ORDERING

Do I need to have an account to order? +
No, you can place an order as a guest. But having an account lets you:
  • Checkout faster
  • View your order status & history
  • Receive updates on new releases & promotions
What if I forgot my password? +
On the login page, click “Lost password?” to reset your password.
What if I typed the wrong email address? +
Please contact us to update your email, name, or address. We cannot change your order once placed.
Are there any exchange rates? +
All transactions are in USD. Your bank will convert to your local currency at its daily rate.
What payment methods do you accept? +
We accept VISA, Mastercard, and AMEX. We don’t accept checks, money orders, bank transfers, or COD.
How secure is my online order? +
Our checkout uses SSL encryption. Payment details are processed securely and never stored on our servers.
How do I change or cancel my order? +
We may cancel orders at our discretion. Cancellations after payment incur a 30% fee. Packed or shipped orders cannot be canceled.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering? +
Once processed or shipped, we can’t change addresses. Please use your residential address.
When will my order arrive? +
Delivery time depends on your shipping option. Tracking info is emailed once shipped (usually within 24h).
How do I track my order? +
We’ll email tracking details the day after shipping.
Can I use several discount codes in one order? +
Discount codes can’t be combined unless stated otherwise.
What if I have missing items in my order? +
Contact us immediately if anything is missing.

When will my order be processed? +
Orders process in 2-3 business days, Mon–Fri. Shipping is from our China warehouse.
How will my order be shipped? +

RETURNS

How do I return an item? +
Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason. Items must be in original condition.
Will shipping be covered for my returns? +
Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.
What if I received a defective or wrong item? +
Contact us within 7 days with photos and details. We’ll resolve it ASAP.
How long is the returns process? +
Returns take up to 14 business days to process after we receive your package.
When will I receive my refund? +
Refunds are sent to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after processing.
