Return & Refunds
We want you to love your purchase from Rustii. If something isn’t right, this page explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work.
1) Return Window & Eligibility
- 30 days from the date you receive the order to request a return.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, with all original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories.
- Please include the original order number in your request.
Processing time: Returns are typically processed within up to 14 business days after we receive your package.
2) Non-Returnable Items
- Final-sale/clearance items marked “Non-returnable”.
- Opened beauty/personal-care items that cannot be restocked for hygiene reasons (unless defective).
- Gift cards, downloadable/digital products, and subscriptions/VIP fees.
- Items not in original condition, missing parts, or outside the return window.
3) How to Start a Return (RMA)
- Email service@rustii.com within 30 days, including: order number, item(s), reason, and photos if applicable.
- We’ll review and send return instructions (RMA). Please do not send items back without RMA.
- Carefully pack the item(s) with all original components and ship per the instructions.
Note: Parcels sent back without an approved RMA may be rejected or significantly delayed.
4) Return Shipping & Fees
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable fees, unless the item is confirmed defective or incorrect due to our error.
- Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
5) Damaged / Defective / Wrong Item
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include photos and your order number. We’ll resolve it as soon as possible.
6) Refund Method & Timing
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection and approval.
- Your bank/card issuer typically posts the credit within 7–10 business days after we process the refund.
We’ll email you a confirmation once your return is processed.
7) Exchanges
Fastest way to exchange: return the item and place a new order for the replacement. We’ll process the refund for the returned item once received and inspected.

- Returns ship to the address provided in your RMA.
- Please mark the parcel as “Returned Goods” to avoid unnecessary customs charges. Duties/taxes paid are non-refundable by Rustii.
10) Order Changes / Cancellations
We process orders quickly. If you need to change or cancel, contact us immediately. Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled.
11) Governing Law & Policy Updates
Governing Law: This Return & Refund Policy and any related disputes are governed by the laws of New Jersey, USA.
Changes to Policy: We may update this policy at our sole discretion by posting changes on this page. Please check back periodically. Your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
